Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made by phone call or text message to Jenni Holt @ (859) 940 - 4069.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the session start time or else the will be charge.
If a medical emergency occurs, documentation must be provide in order to avoid cancellation fees.
